1. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 13 years old to use this Platform. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or guardian.

2. USER ACCOUNTS

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You may create an account using your email, phone number, or Google login. You agree to provide accurate and current information during registration.

Roles available:

• Student
• Contributor (Examiner/Content Provider)
• Admin
• Super Admin

Your role will determine your access rights and available features.

3. PLATFORM FEATURES

3.1 For Students:

• Access to WAEC, UTME/JAMB, and IGCSE past questions.
• Option to take timed practice exams.
• AI-generated explanations for wrong answers.
• Performance dashboard with personalised improvement tips.
• Incentives such as points, badges, and leaderboards.
• Payment options: monthly subscription or pay-per-paper.

3.2 For Contributors:

• Upload past papers with metadata (subject, year, paper type).
• Submit typed answers or scanned papers.
• Track approval status and earnings through a Contributor Dashboard.
• Earn fixed fees per approved paper.
• Receive payouts once a defined wallet threshold is reached.

4. PAYMENT TERMS

4.1 Student Payments:

• Prices are shown clearly before purchase.
• Subscriptions auto-renew monthly unless cancelled.
• No refunds after content access unless required by law.

4.2 Contributor Compensation:

• You will receive a payment per approved paper.
• Earnings accumulate in your wallet and are paid once the minimum payout threshold (e.g., ₦5,000) is reached.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the payment details you provide.
• Payouts are subject to verification and may be rejected if fraud or policy violations are suspected.

5. CONTENT OWNERSHIP & LICENSE

You retain ownership of any original content you submit as a Contributor. However, by uploading content to the Platform, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, modify, display, and distribute the content for educational purposes on the Platform.

We reserve the right to reject or remove content at our discretion.

6. ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for cheating or academic dishonesty.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or disrupt our systems.
• Post or upload malicious or offensive content.
• Misrepresent your identity or role.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

7. AI-POWERED FEATURES

Some explanations and learning recommendations are generated using artificial intelligence (AI). While we strive for accuracy, these features are provided for educational support only and are not a substitute for instruction from a qualified teacher or tutor.

8. DATA PRIVACY

We handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your data as outlined in that policy.

We are compliant with the Nigeria Data Protection Regulation (NDPR) and GDPR where applicable.

9. SERVICE AVAILABILITY

We aim to provide 99.5% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance or suspend access temporarily for updates.

10. MODIFICATIONS TO THE PLATFORM OR TERMS

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time. We may also update these Terms occasionally. If we make significant changes, we will notify you. Continued use of the Platform after changes indicates your acceptance.

11. TERMINATION

We may suspend or terminate your account for any reason, including violation of these Terms or suspected fraud. You may also delete your account at any time.

If you are a contributor, unpaid earnings in your wallet will be forfeited if your account is terminated for misconduct or fraudulent submissions.

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

We are not liable for:

• Exam scores or admissions outcomes.
• Loss of data or account access.
• Payment delays due to incorrect bank details or 3rd-party payment processors.

Use of the Platform is at your own risk.

13. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts within Nigeria.
